Our Story
ZiaPoll is a New Mexico based non-partisan public opinion pollster and market research firm. We use scientific and unbiased methods, in tandem with multiple technologies, to gather and provide analysis on The Pulse of New Mexico. ZiaPoll aims to gauge the public opinion of New Mexicans while representing the demographic and geographic breakdown of our state.
The Quarterly
Each quarter, ZiaPoll conducts a comprehensive statewide public opinion poll. Quarterly polls will be used to gauge the public opinion of New Mexicans on local hot topics, political races, ballot questions, and other public concerns. The results will be made available on www.ZiaPoll.com.
The scientific studies will be conducted using landline IVR (Interactive Voice Response) technology and targeted inbound cell phone IVR technology. The samples will be weighted by age, sex, political party, and congressional district in order to reflect the New Mexico likely voter population for a general election. The data is weighted using a layered technique.
All surveys will reflect the traditional demographical profile of New Mexico likely voters. All studies will provide a specific methodology and a Margin of Error (MoE).
All ZiaPoll’s surveys conform to the Standards of Disclosure of the National Council on Public Polls.
Our Methodology
The majority of the public opinion polling we perform consists of likely voters in New Mexico. We use a dual-frame of landline phones and cell phones to collect the data.
